<p>Shipping Costs: Shipping cost is a dynamic rate based on the shipping destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping as a temporary promotion. Additionally, we offer free Ground Advantage shipping on orders of $75 or more.</p>
<p>Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days.</p>
<p>Shipping Time: Shipping and Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination. Typically, we see customers receive their orders 8 to 12 days after purchase, but sometimes even sooner! Customers can track their orders via a tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.</p>
<p>Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.</p>
