Tooontime Poker Run - Houghton Lake

Tooontime Poker Run adds a second Michigan event in 2026 with a Houghton Lake poker run scheduled for July 24–25, 2026. The new Houghton Lake event follows the same pontoon-only format, giving pontoon and tritoon owners another family friendly weekend built around boating, card stops and an awards banquet.

The Houghton Lake weekend opens Friday with check-in, appetizers and registration packet pickup. On Saturday, participants make their way to five card stops located around Houghton Lake. Each stop provides a sealed envelope containing one card, and boats must visit all five card stops to complete a poker hand before turning cards in Saturday evening at the awards banquet.

The route includes stops sponsored by Bayview Harbor, Spicers Boat City, Good Days Marina, Brians Marine and Dicks Dock Company, with the final card stop located at the northern end of Houghton Lake near the sandbar. The sandbar party follows the final stop, including the Sea Legs Sand Bar Bash and one large pizza per boat.

The Houghton Lake registration fee is $300 plus taxes and fees. Registration includes access to the poker run for guests aboard the toon, one short-sleeve T-shirt, four crew wristbands, Friday night check-in, the Saturday sandbar party and the Saturday night awards banquet. A portion of the 2026 registration fees benefits the local fire department.
