Shoreline Shuffle Poker Run

The Shoreline Shuffle Poker Run is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026, on Lake Murray, bringing boaters together for a full day of poker hands, shoreline stops, music, and charity fundraising benefiting the Live Like London Foundation. Designed as a relaxed summer boating experience, the event combines lake cruising, scavenger-hunt-style poker play, and waterfront social gatherings across one of South Carolina’s most popular boating destinations.

Organizers describe the Shoreline Shuffle as a community-focused boating fundraiser centered around fun on the water while supporting causes that positively impact local families and children. The 2026 event will officially run from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., followed by a wrap-up party from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at Martin's Landing and Nacho Margarita featuring live music, food, awards, and final poker hand announcements.

Unlike traditional poker runs that require participants to physically visit each checkpoint in a fixed order, the Shoreline Shuffle uses a more flexible app-based format. Registered players will receive access to the official event app approximately 24 to 48 hours before the event begins. Participants can then cruise to participating shoreline locations either by boat or by land while collecting digital poker cards through the app system.

Organizers describe the experience as “a scavenger hunt for a good cause,” with each participating stop also offering special Live Like London Foundation swag and event giveaways throughout the day.

The event allows players to visit stops in any order they choose while building the strongest poker hand possible before the final reveal at the evening wrap-up party. Organizers also created a virtual participation option for supporters unable to attend in person. Participants can “cruise from the couch” by receiving newly released cards digitally each hour between noon and 4:00 p.m.

Entry fees are listed at $25 per poker hand, with participants allowed to purchase multiple hands for additional chances to win prizes and cash payouts.

The Shoreline Shuffle is expected to attract pontoons, wake boats, center consoles, cruisers, deck boats, and recreational lake boats from across the Lake Murray boating community as participants spend the day visiting waterfront checkpoints and social gathering locations around the lake.

Organizers continue emphasizing that the event is designed around community involvement, music, food, lake culture, and charitable giving while creating a laid-back atmosphere for boaters and families alike.
