Red Eyes Fun Run

Red Eyes Fun Run 2.0

Red Eye’s Dock Bar brings Chesapeake Bay boaters together Sunday, Sept. 6, 2026, for the 4th Annual Labor Day Weekend Fun Run, a recreational boating event that takes participants from Kent Narrows to two popular waterfront destinations before returning for the Bikini Contest Finals.

The day begins at 10:30 a.m. at Red Eye’s Dock Bar, where captains and crews gather for coffee and donuts before the boats head out. The official launch is scheduled for 11 a.m., sending participants onto the water for a day of cruising and social stops around the Chesapeake Bay.

The first stop on the route is Pirates Cove, giving boaters a chance to meet up and enjoy the first leg of the run before continuing on. From there, the group heads to Tiki Lee’s for the official lunch stop.

After lunch, the fleet returns to Red Eye’s Dock Bar in Kent Narrows, where the boating portion of the fun run wraps up and the day continues on shore. The event concludes with the Bikini Contest Finals at 5 p.m.

Unlike a poker run or race, Red Eye’s Labor Day Weekend Fun Run is built around recreational cruising, waterfront stops and a social day on the water. Participants travel together between destinations and spend the holiday weekend with other members of the Chesapeake Bay boating community.

Registration for the 2026 event is currently open online. The public registration form requests captain and boat information, party size and T-shirt size, although a public entry fee is not currently displayed on the registration page.
