Lake Harding Poker Run

Lido Bay Float Out

The 2026 Lake Harding Poker Run is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026, on Lake Harding, with the Chattahoochee Sailing Club serving as the host venue. The event brings boaters together for a day on the lake while raising money for the Chattahoochee Humane Society.

The weekend begins Friday, June 5, with pre-registration package pickup from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Packages will be available at Chattahoochee Sailing Club on the Georgia side and The Backwaters at The Landing on the Alabama side. Saturday package pickup will continue from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Chattahoochee Sailing Club.

The poker run is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a shotgun start from anywhere on the lake. Participants will visit seven designated stops to collect poker chips, then return to Chattahoochee Sailing Club to exchange those chips for cards. All stops must be completed by 1 p.m. Eastern, and all poker hands must be played by 2 p.m.

The event’s listed stops include Po’ Boys Landing, Two Tree Island, the fishing pier at The Long Bridge, Chattahoochee Valley Park, Columbus Boat Club, and the Georgia Marina floating dock, with one additional stop still being updated on the official site. The site notes that hosts for some stops are still being finalized.

Registration is structured with separate vessel and player options. Vessel entry is listed at $100 and includes one event T-shirt if ordered by May 26, one captain’s swag bag, and one poker hand. Player packages are listed at $50 with a wristband to play and a T-shirt if ordered by May 26, while a $30 player option includes a wristband but no T-shirt. Extra 2026 event shirts are listed at $25.

Prize money is listed at $500 plus a champion trophy for the best hand, $250 for second best hand, and $150 for third best hand. The event will also award $100 and a trophy for Best Themed Boat, along with a Best Poker Run Stop trophy. Players may donate $50 for each extra card requested, with a maximum of two extra cards.

The afternoon will close with awards, a raffle, and a charitable auction from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Chattahoochee Sailing Club. The event is listed as rain or shine, with no refunds and no rain date.

The Lake Harding Poker Run continues as a community boating fundraiser organized by an independent volunteer planning committee. For 2026, all proceeds are directed to the Chattahoochee Humane Society, giving the event a local nonprofit focus alongside its lake-wide poker run format.
