Krewe of Neptune Poker Run

Krewe of Neptune Poker Run

The 2026 Krewe of Neptune Poker Run will take place Saturday, June 27, 2026, on the waters of South Mississippi. Billed by organizers as Mississippi’s largest poker run, the 9th annual event will bring boats, cars, trucks, Jeeps, and motorcycles together for a full day of checkpoint stops, score cards, poker hands, and charitable fundraising along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

The weekend begins Friday, June 26, with a mandatory captain’s meeting at Pier 15 in Biloxi at 6 p.m. Organizers state that a representative from every registered boat or vehicle must attend the meeting in order to participate in the poker run.

Checkpoints will open Saturday at 9 a.m. and close at 4 p.m. Participants will travel between seven checkpoint stops, collecting one stamp per score card at each location. A minimum of five stops is required for a complete hand, and participants who collect all seven stamps may choose the best five cards to play.

The scheduled stops are Bacchus on the Bayou in Ocean Springs, Bacchus on the Bluff in Gulfport, Yul’s Place, Orangutang’s Prop Stop, Wahoo’s at Palace Casino, Captain Al’s, Blow Fly, and Pier 15. Pier 15 will serve as the host stop and will be open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with poker hands dealt there after score cards are turned in.

Score cards must be turned in at the final checkpoint before the 6 p.m. deadline. Incomplete, altered, or late score cards will be disqualified. In the event of a tie, organizers will use a blind high-card draw to determine the winner. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three hands, with a consolation prize for the fourth-highest hand.

Entry is listed at $100 until Wednesday, June 24, at 6 p.m. After that deadline, late registration increases to $125. Each paid entry includes one score card and one T-shirt while supplies last. Additional score cards are available for $75 each, and participants may also purchase optional extra cards for $25 each at the final checkpoint for Neptune Poker hands only.

The registration form also lists an optional Humane Society poker hand for $30, with proceeds from that separate hand going to the Humane Society of South Mississippi. Extra event merchandise includes poker run flags and additional T-shirts.

The Krewe of Neptune Poker Run continues to serve as one of South Mississippi’s major boating fundraisers outside of carnival season. With a Biloxi host stop, seven checkpoint locations, multiple ways to participate, and proceeds tied to local charitable causes, the 2026 event is expected to draw a large field across the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
