Great Sacandaga Lake Fun Run

The 2026 Great Sacandaga Lake Poker Run/Fun Run will take place Saturday, June 20, 2026, on Great Sacandaga Lake in New York. The event will start at Sport Island Pub in Northville and gives boaters a full day on the lake built around a poker run format, lunch on the beach, evening music, and fundraising tied to Mountain Valley Hospice.

Pre-check-in is scheduled for Friday, June 19, with late registration available Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The driver’s meeting will take place Saturday morning, and the first group of boats is scheduled to head out at 11 a.m.

The run will begin from Sport Island Pub, located at 108 Riverside Boulevard in Northville. After the run, participants will return to Sport Island Pub for lunch on the beach. Evening music will be provided by Kill the Jukebox, with the entertainment listed as provided by Fulton County.

Captain’s registration is listed at $206.50 and includes one poker hand, two meal wristbands, two shirts, and one swag bag. Extra meal tickets are available for $31.50 each.

The registration waiver identifies the event as the Great Sacandaga Lake Poker Run/Fun Run and lists Mountain Valley Hospice among the associated event entities. Captains are responsible for the safe operation of their boats and for making sure required safety equipment is on board and in working condition. Participants are also required to follow New York boating laws, no-wake zones, and general safe boating practices.
