Grand Jam on the Water

The 2026 Grand Jam on the Water is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Safe Harbor Harbors View Marina on Duck Creek at Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees near Afton, Oklahoma. Beginning at noon, the free event brings boaters, lake residents and visitors together for an afternoon of live music, swimming and one of Grand Lake’s largest summer raft-up gatherings.
Grand Jam on the Water follows a floating-concert format rather than a traditional poker run with card stations or prize hands. Attendees can arrive by boat and anchor near the marina or travel to the event by land. Organizers and the venue are preparing a designated swimming area in front of the stage, allowing participants to float in the water while watching the performances.
The 2026 entertainment lineup features three female-led acts: Covington Creek Band, KC Johns and Taylor Hunnicutt. The program also includes a Tribute to the Troops and a performance of the national anthem by Ava Grace. A bikini contest is planned with separate divisions for participants ages 39 and younger and those ages 40 and older.
The weekend begins Friday, July 24, with a pre-party at The Blind Swine on Duck Creek. Lickitty Split Band is scheduled to perform, and boaters are invited to remain in the area for an overnight raft-up before Saturday’s main concert. Food and drinks will be available through The Blind Swine throughout the weekend.
Saturday’s main event is scheduled to run from approximately noon until 6 p.m. at Safe Harbor Harbors View Marina. No admission charge is listed, and promotional information describes Grand Jam on the Water as a free event open to visitors arriving by either land or water. Boaters should follow the official event discussion for final raft-up instructions, marina-access information and weather-related updates.
Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees is one of Oklahoma’s leading recreational boating destinations, with more than 46,000 acres of water and communities including Afton, Grove, Monkey Island, Ketchum and Langley surrounding the lake. With a Friday pre-party, overnight raft-up and full Saturday concert lineup, Grand Jam on the Water is positioned as one of Duck Creek’s biggest boating and live-music weekends of the 2026 season.
