Christmas in July Boat Poker Run

The Christmas in July Boat Poker Run brings a festive twist to summer boating with a full day of river stops, decorated boats, poker hands, and an after-party on the Susquehanna River. Set for Saturday, July 18, this event invites boaters to deck out their rides in their best Christmas in July theme and enjoy one of the season’s most fun and creative river traditions.

Hosted out of the Sunbury Social Club, the poker run runs from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and includes five river stops and one land stop. Participants can also take advantage of an extra card stop for $5, adding another chance to improve their hand. Prizes will be awarded for both the Best Poker Hand and the Worst Poker Hand, keeping the event fun for everyone on the water.

Admission is $30 per person, which includes an event t-shirt, dinner, draft beer, and the after-party. Pre-registration is scheduled for Friday, July 10 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while day-of registration will be available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

With themed boats, good friends, river cruising, food, drinks, and a summer Christmas atmosphere, the Christmas in July Boat Poker Run is built for crews looking for a fun day on the water that goes beyond the typical poker run.
