Blind River 300 Poker Run

The Blind River 300 Poker Run returns to Southern Louisiana May 22–24, 2025, bringing three days of performance boating, live entertainment, and waterfront festivities to the Canal Bank Club in Maurepas, Louisiana. Held over Memorial Day Weekend, the event continues to grow as both a premier regional poker run and a fundraiser supporting Songs of Survivors — a nonprofit organization that provides songwriting workshops and music-based recovery programs for veterans dealing with PTSD, trauma, and mental health challenges.
Set among the scenic rivers and bayous surrounding Maurepas, the Blind River 300 attracts performance boaters, recreational boat owners, and spectators from across the Gulf Coast region for a full weekend centered around boating culture and community support. Participants will travel by boat between designated poker run stops while collecting cards throughout the route before returning for final scoring, prizes, and evening celebrations at Canal Bank Club.
Organizers have confirmed that poker hands include official entry into the run along with eligibility for prize opportunities, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes. In addition to the on-water action, Party Passes provide access to all live music performances and social events taking place Friday and Saturday night throughout the weekend. Passes are available for $15 per person, with nightly admission also available at the door.
One of the unique features of the Blind River 300 is the accessibility of the venue itself. Canal Bank Club welcomes attendees arriving by boat, vehicle, or motorcycle, making it easy for both participants and spectators to join the festivities whether they are traveling the waterways or arriving by land.
