2026 Muskegon Powerboat Weekend

West Michigan Offshore will bring its Spring Fun Run to Muskegon as part of Muskegon Powerboat Weekend 2026, with activities planned for Friday, June 19, and Saturday, June 20, 2026. The event is centered around MART Dock, Heritage Park, Muskegon Lake and the surrounding Muskegon waterfront.

The weekend begins Friday with the WMO & Marine Tech Showcase, held in connection with the High-Performance Boat and Marine Technology Showcase. West Michigan Offshore describes the Friday event as a street-party-style gathering at Heritage Park in Muskegon, featuring boats on display, live music and food from local vendors and food trucks. The showcase is scheduled to run from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

West Michigan Offshore is also seeking about 10 boats to participate in the Friday street party display. Members interested in taking part are directed to contact JonV.WMO@gmail.com.

Saturday’s on-water portion is listed as the Fun Run / Parade of Power. Boats are expected to launch in Muskegon at MART Dock, join the Parade of Power, and make a run toward Pigeon Lake. West Michigan Offshore notes that the route may depend on weather and that final directions, times and stop details will be sent to members before the fun run.

The organization describes the Saturday run as an informal gathering rather than a fully organized formal run, intended as a chance for members and boaters to meet for a day on the water. Out-of-town members are also told there may be an option to leave boats overnight Saturday at MART Dock, with slip availability referenced through Safe Harbor Great Lakes Marina.
