2026 CADH Poker Run

The 2026 CADH Poker Run is scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2026, on the Alabama River system near Prattville, bringing recreational boaters, performance boats, pontoons, and river enthusiasts together for a full day of poker hands, waterfront stops, and charity fundraising hosted by the Central Alabama Duck Hunters. The annual boating fundraiser continues growing as one of the more active summer boating events in the Montgomery and Prattville river region.

According to the official event registration listing, the 2026 poker run will begin at Cooters Pond Park, which will serve as the primary staging and registration location for participating boats before crews depart across the river system to begin collecting poker cards at designated waterfront checkpoints.

Organizers describe the CADH Poker Run as a relaxed boating event designed around recreational river cruising, waterfront social stops, and supporting local charitable and community-focused activities. While the event includes competitive poker hand scoring, the atmosphere is intended to remain casual and family-oriented rather than focused on top-speed competition.

The Central Alabama Duck Hunters organization has become well known throughout portions of Alabama for hosting outdoor recreation events, charity fundraisers, boating activities, and waterfowl-related community gatherings throughout the year.
